My Name is Poonam.

In this blog i have tried to highlight healthy eating not only by eating good and healthy food but also our favorite food. My recipes has all the masala's and spiciness which we all like but i have insisted on the use of masala's/spices which are good for health yet make the dishes tasty.

In this busy world , despite of having all luxuries of life we don’t have time for taking our care. No yoga, no exercise, no green vegetables , no fruits, no time table, in all no healthy habits then also we want to be healthy , wealthy and wise.

Don’t worry without any of your expenses ,you can be healthy only just by eating, not only healthy food but tasty and finger licking food with very low oil(fat free) yet spicy without all masala’s and quick to make no wasting of your precious time. 

I have also pointed out the importance and nutrition value of each vegetable used so that we all are free to have that dish without any hesitation. 

At last but not the least , in the form of suggestions i have and will always provide important and fruitful tips which i learn from my experiences and study.
